Wonderful Italian restaurant. I recommend eating from the menu that lists the specials for the day. The wine list is simple but the food, especially the gnocchi, is delicious. Ingredients are fresh. Service is great. Atmosphere is simple.

The food is very well prepared. The portions are on the small side (which is fine by me as I hate leaving food); service is superb. Not the busiest place (again, fine by me. I will definitely go back. Ordered caprese salad, prawn cocktail, focaccia, ravioli on 2 separate occasions

This restaurant is the best Italian restaurant in Lilongwe. Their service, food and atmosphere are all excellent kwambili!!

Mediterraneo is one of the best restaurants in the city. In a large group, we all ordered different dishes which meant we got to sample everything. All of it was simply incredible. Great meats, perfectly cooked. Excellent pasta dish. The seafood was the best I’ve had in Lilongwe particularly the calamari and prawns which had a breading that was unbelievable. The calamari perfectly cooked. If they make the starch (rice) a little larger portion, it would top off an amazing meal. Fantastic!
